We want you to love your Taylor Swift official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still features the original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
